This is my blog where I describe a dream and then interpret it.
In this week's dream, the dreamer finds themselves walking downhill, the path is a bit steeper than expected and a little slippery underfoot, the ground is mossy as if it has recently been underwater. The dreamer comes to an area that looks like a roman ruin, except the stones are white and most of it is underwater. There are submerged stones and there is a statue of a cherub. There are many people walking in a line downhill and many people queueing to go back up the hill. The dreamer stops to let some uphill travellers pass and then looks down and sees a relative going under the water. The dreamer reaches down and pulls them out of the water. They continue down to the bottom of the path and then sit on some rocks in the sun. The dreamer can see a river and a tourist boat is about to leave, the passengers spray some water onto the rock sitters. The dreamer is not bothered by this, they know that it is possible to walk back up the hill if they want to.
Walking Downhill - Generally walking downhill is a sign that things are going downhill, a drop in status, income.
Steep Path - Going down or uphill quickly, circumstances change fast or slowly means that it is a struggle to reach goals.
Slippery underfoot - This is a warning to be careful, things are difficult to control.
Mossy path - there are changes on the road that the dreamer is traveling, it was recently underwater.
Ruins - This is like the tower in the tarot cards, it is the break down of a former way of life.
White - This is a symbol of purity and innocence.
Submerged Stones - Hidden depths and mysteries, things that have existed for a long time but may not be obvious to everyone.
Cherub Statute - A young angel carved in stone - represents ongoing faith. Something man-made a depiction of a belief in a higher purpose.
Walking in a crowd - Taking a path that many people have taken before.
Seeing someone underwater - it depends on the circumstances, but generally being underwater means that you owe money that you cannot repay or are in some kind of trouble as humans cannot survive underwater without breathing equipment.
Sitting on Rocks - Rocks represent safety and stability, rocks have been around for a long time. The condition of the rocks makes a difference. A smooth comfortable rock is a sign of comfort whereas a craggy uncomfortable rock means that things are not working out well and it would be a good idea to move. A slippery rock is a sign that things are not sustainable and it will be difficult to hold on to the status quo. If the rock is crumbling, a situation that has existed for a long time is about to come to an end.
Sitting in the Sun - If it is pleasant then life is good, if it is too hot there is a danger that the dreamer is over exposed and needs to protect themselves.
Water Spray - Water is the essence of life and so it can be good, it depends on how the spraying happens and whether or not the spray was pleasant and if the water was clean or dirty, hot or cold. Sometimes people pour cold water on your ideas.
The dreamer willingly decides to walk downhill and take a drop in income or status. Things go downhill a little faster than was expected and things are a little trickier underfoot. It is a well trodden path though that has been around for a long time with many people going down and up the path. It could be something like taking retirement or time off work or a sabbatical, a willing drop in status. In this dream the dreamer goes to rescue a family member who is underwater. The dreamer is calm and polite and lets people pass who are going back uphill.
The ruins show that a past way of life has been destroyed and things will never be the same again, the cherub represents faith that endures despite everything. Reaching the destination, the dreamer is comfortable on the rocks in the sun. There are some people on a tourist boat, perhaps people with more leisure time or money, they spray water. This looks as if they do not respect the dreamer, but the dreamer is not bothered by this. The dreamer is where they intended to be and will stay where they are until the time is right to go back up the hill.

I started reading tarot cards many years ago when I was in college, I was studying business but my real interest has always been in psychology, astrology, tarot and dreams. I waited a long time to pursue tarot reading professionally. I do not understand how tarot cards work or why they work. I do not believe that you need special powers to read the cards but experience and an understanding of the symbols on each card opens the doors to a successful interpretation.
It is a good idea to be in a quiet place to have a tarot reading, to be able to free your mind of distractions and concentrate on an issue that you would like some insight into. Tarot cards can give you insight into situations and things that are happening in your life.
I have been a tarot reader for more than 40 years and will be happy to do a reading for you, the cost is $15 for one question via email using a 3 card spread or $50 per hour for a face to face reading on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Please email me to set this up with your preferred times, it's best to offer at least two times and days with a couple of days notice -I get booked up! Let me know what time zone you are in and your contact details for the reading.

Readings are for entertainment only!
I started interpreting dreams when I was a teenager. I always had very detailed dreams and would recount them to my friends. A boyfriend bought me a dream dictionary and I started to delve into interpretation. Unfortunately, I found that many dreams had elements that were contradictory and so I did not get a good understanding of my dream.
I realised that different people have different relationships with dream symbols based on experience, their daily lives and culture. A person who keeps snakes will have a different interpretation of a snake dream to a person who has a fear of snakes.
Dreams may have symbols that are good omens and some are bad omens, understanding the context of the omens will help you to interpret their true meaning for you.
My blog is a series of dreams and interpretations of the elements in each dream to help you to understand how best to interpret your dreams, I am also available to interpret a dream for you. Email me: firstname.lastname@example.org, dream interpretations are free or can buy me a coffee here! Thank you! Mystic Polly
I organise the dreams by general subject area rather than alphabetically, if you have a question about a dream symbol please email me.
