She is conscious that her shoes are noisy and that they are not her usual shoes.

In todays dream our dreamer was not comfortable in her shoes, she was not wearing her usual shoes so she had taken on a new role or was in an environment where she was not comfortable. She was upset that her shoes were noisy, she prefers to be anonymous and not draw attention to herself.
